You must complete the membership application FIRST to redeem member pricing. If you have trouble redeeming your benefits, please contact the shul office at 949-748-1100.

We welcome you to join us for the high holidays this year. On this form you will find registration for the following:

High Holiday Seats, deadline 9/15
Yizkor Book, deadline 9/15
Lulav & Etrog Order form, deadline 9/21

We encourage you to participate in all of the options provided. You may leave the form blank for the options you do not want to participate in.

High Holiday Seating

To ensure we have adequate seating available, please complete the form below. High Holiday seats include Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur seating. A table listing the number of High Holiday seats included with each membership tier is below. Members and non-members may purchase additional High Holiday seats for $300 each.

You must register for High Holiday services to attend.

For each person who plans to attend, please select the preferred service location, and then indicate the date(s) of attendance. To redeem the seats included in your membership, please log into your shul account to complete this form.

For members who would like to purchase additional tickets and non-members who would like to purchase tickets please select the preferred service location, and then indicate the date(s) of attendance. Each additional ticket is $300 (including both Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur, if desired).

Yizkor Book

An Opportunity to Honor and Remember Lost Loved Ones

Each year we publish a Yizkor Book of Remembrance that includes the complete Yizkor service with prayers printed both in Hebrew and in English. The Yizkor Book will be available and used throughout the year whenever the Yizkor service is said (Yom Kippur, Shemini Atzeret, Pesach, and Shavuot). If you would like a copy of the Yizkor Book for home use, please contact the shul office. One feature of the Annual Yizkor Book of Remembrance is the opportunity to remember and honor your lost loved ones by including his or her name in a dedicated section of the Yizkor Book.

Please note that even if you submitted names last year, you must submit the names again this year along with a contribution to ensure we have a complete, accurate, and updated list.

Listing in the booklet is $36 per name. The deadline to submit names for the Yizkor Book is Friday, September 5, 2025.

Regular set: $50 each*

Deluxe set: $75 each*

*Silver membership includes 1 set (basic), Gold membership includes 1 set (deluxe), Platinum membership includes 2 sets (deluxe), and Rabbi's Circle membership includes 3 sets (deluxe). If you would like to receive the sets under your membership, contact the office at (949) 786-5230.

Orders can be picked up at Beth Jacob, on Sunday, 10/5 and Monday, 10/6 before sundown.
